Every classic has a story. Our return policy is designed to make purchasing your next automotive legend as clear and straightforward as possible.
Buying a Classic Should Feel Exceptional.
We want every customer to feel confident when purchasing a vintage or classic vehicle from Heritage Motors. Because these automobiles are unique, often decades old, and may have individual characteristics related to their age and history, every sale is governed by the terms outlined below.
1.
Vehicle Inspection
Customers are encouraged to inspect every vehicle thoroughly before purchase. You may also arrange an independent inspection by a qualified mechanic or classic-car specialist.
2.
Returns
Unless otherwise stated in a written sales agreement, all vehicle sales are final once the purchase has been completed and the vehicle has been delivered or collected by the customer.
3.
Vehicle Condition
Vintage vehicles may naturally display signs of age, wear, cosmetic imperfections, modifications, or previous repairs. Known material issues will be identified in the applicable vehicle description or sales documentation.
4.
Cancellations
Cancellation requests should be submitted in writing before delivery or collection. Deposits, reservation fees, and other payments are subject to the terms of the applicable purchase agreement.
Know the car.
Know the story.
Classic automobiles can have personalities of their own. We encourage every prospective owner to take the time necessary to understand the vehicle before completing a purchase.
Independent inspections are always welcome. Our goal is for you to know exactly what you’re bringing home.

Undisclosed issues
If you believe a vehicle has a material condition issue that was not disclosed and that may constitute a breach of the purchase agreement or applicable law, please contact us promptly with details and supporting documentation. We will review the matter and work with you toward an appropriate resolution.
Documentation
Customers should retain their purchase agreement, vehicle documentation, inspection reports, photographs, and other relevant records associated with their purchase.
Legal Rights
Nothing in this policy is intended to limit or waive any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable federal, state, or local law.
Have a question?
Our team is happy to discuss a vehicle, purchase agreement, cancellation request, or any other question you may have before completing your purchase.
We find, restore, and deliver classic cars that are still meant to be driven, not just displayed. If a car can't handle a real road, it doesn't leave our lot.
